Birth Support
From your positive test to those tender early weeks at home, we provide continuous, compassionate support for birthing people and their families.
Research suggests that having a birth doula is associated with lower rates of cesarean sections, reduced need for pain medication, and greater overall satisfaction with the birth experience.
The Burrow – $800
- 2 (1-2 hour) pre-natal educational visits; the first focusing on birth plan, comfort measures, and a postpartum plan
- Email support throughout pregnancy and 3 months postpartum
- 1 postpartum visit (1-2 hours) focusing on newborn expectations and postpartum body changes
- Virtual labor support, through video, call or text for an additional $40/hr, 2 hour min
The Den – $1,800
This package is designed for families who want information and tools, along with physical labor support. It includes all of the above, in addition to:
up to 18 hours of labor support
Any additional hour over 18 hours will be charged at $30/hr
